Service Terms

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Web design and development
• Web application development
• E-commerce solutions
• CMS development
• Digital marketing services
• Graphic design services
• IT training programs

Project Engagement

When you engage our services:

• A project proposal will be provided detailing scope and deliverables
• Changes to project scope require mutual agreement and may affect timeline and cost
• Client must provide required materials and feedback in a timely manner
• We reserve the right to refuse projects that violate our policies

Payment Conditions

Payment terms for our services:

• 50% advance payment required to commence work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• For monthly services, payment is due within 7 days of invoice
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Training fees must be paid in advance

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Anurag IT Solutions retains rights to:

• Pre-existing materials and tools
• General knowledge and expertise
• Third-party components used in development

Limitation of Liability

Anurag IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
